Our Story

Mission & Vision

Browne’s Valuation & Quantity Surveying Services Ltd (BVQSS) began as a professional practice in 1993 and was formally registered in 2009. Over the years we have built a reputation for technical precision and ethical service, supporting financial institutions, legal professionals, developers, and private clients.

Professional Standards

All valuation reports are prepared in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Valuation/Professional Standards and the International Valuation Standards (IVS).
Our cost and project services follow internationally recognized quantity surveying methods and construction best practice.

Our Location

Located in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, BVQSS serves clients with expert valuation and quantity surveying services.
